Half a year already gone by, do you have your perfect beach body? There’s no better time to diet than during the summer when you need to look and feel your best in those bikinis. I’m trying out the 3-apple-diet where i eat an apple before each meal. It is said to help increase the metabolism and the fiber will make you full. The key is to eat less! No one wants saggy arms, legs and belly. So don’t forget to exercise!
